About the Role
• Remain employed for twelve months after obtaining a CDL • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues • Operate heavy/commercial trucks safely along assigned routes • Use controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers per procedures • Monitor waste for unacceptable materials • Maintain vehicle readiness by cleaning after each disposal trip • Follow all safety policies and procedures • Perform full driver duties in residential, commercial, industrial, or roll‑off lines after licensing

What You Bring
During the training period, trainees learn to conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, operate heavy trucks safely along assigned routes, and use manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste. They are also taught to identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers, monitor waste for prohibited materials, and maintain vehicle readiness by cleaning after each trip.
