About the Role
The Technical Instructor will develop and deliver advanced training for Title 10/Title 50 Military Intelligence programs, covering Esri software, API‑based data integration, Jupyter Notebooks for data engineering, metadata tagging, and OSINT analysis techniques. They will coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align content with approved events, maintain training data tracking and reporting, and securely handle participant data across all sessions. • Develop and deliver advanced instruction for Title 10/Title 50 Military Intelligence programs covering Esri, API integration, Jupyter Notebooks, metadata, and OSINT techniques. • Coordinate technical content with training events and mission objectives in partnership with the Training Coordinator. • Create and maintain training data tracking and reporting to support performance visibility and strategic planning. • Collect and securely handle participant data for all training events.

What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Technical Instructor with strong capabilities in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies. The role is based at US Army Garrison Miami/US Southern Command and requires US citizenship, a basic background check for access to US military bases, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, or possess five years of equivalent experience in OSINT, geospatial intelligence, curriculum development, or technical instruction. Required skills include knowledge of OSINT methods, geospatial analysis, Esri ArcGIS, Jupyter Notebooks, secure data environments, and strong instructional design and cross‑cultural facilitation abilities. Preferred qualifications include ILR Level 2+ language skills in French, Portuguese or Spanish, experience with government IT programs, and an active TS/SCI clearance. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of OSINT/geospatial intelligence training experience. • Demonstrate expertise in OSINT methodologies, geospatial analysis, and intelligence tradecraft. • Proficient with Esri ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, and related mission‑relevant tools. • Familiar with secure data environments, role‑based access controls, and cataloging standards. • Experience collaborating with international partners, interagency teams, and assessing training programs. • Skilled in instructional design, adult learning, hands‑on training, and cross‑cultural facilitation. • Strong written and verbal communication for documentation, post‑training support, and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks. • Preferred: ILR Level 2+ in French, Portuguese or Spanish and English; experience with government IT programs. • Active TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
