About the Role
The Sales Associate (Multi‑Family) joins the Brookfield sales team under the Community Manager, guiding customers through the home‑buying journey, preparing and executing purchase documents, and acting as a communication liaison to keep buyers informed. The role requires consistent availability during evenings and weekends in accordance with sales centre hours. • Build authentic relationships to understand customer needs and align Brookfield’s value proposition. • Serve as a resource, solving problems, educating, and adding value throughout the purchase process. • Complete all required sales documentation and system entries with strong attention to detail. • Maintain a robust prospecting and customer database to support sales targets. • Achieve sales targets and objectives for each asset/project. • Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience through competence, connection, and consistent processes. • Provide transparent communication and collaborate positively with all teams for a cohesive experience. • Ensure professional presentation of customer‑facing assets such as the sales centre, show homes, and inventory. • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the housing industry, market trends, and competitive offerings. • Meet performance metrics and key milestones. • Perform accurate and efficient data entry.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of sales or related experience, a proven customer‑service track record, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with strong organization and attention to detail. Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, accurate data‑entry skills, and enthusiasm for technology are preferred, with familiarity in Salesforce, HubSpot, or NewStar considered a plus. • Leverage 2+ years of sales or related experience and a proven customer‑service track record. • Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, staying detail‑oriented and highly organized. • Show enthusiasm for technology and openness to learning new tools. • Utilize CRM and ERP platforms; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or NewStar is a plus.
