About the Role
The Procurement Manager leads and manages strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and overall procurement operations across the portfolio of sites for a client account. This highly visible role interacts with internal and external stakeholders and is client‑facing. The manager oversees all procurement relationships with the client, account management team, vendors, and Cushman & Wakefield corporate, implementing programs to meet goals, metrics, and KPIs. They analyze account‑wide spend, vendors, and processes to identify value‑creation opportunities, develop procurement strategies, and execute eRFPs, negotiations, reverse auctions, and other sourcing techniques. Contract interpretation, negotiation, and records retention are handled, along with the development of tracking and reporting mechanisms that meet required outputs and frequencies. The role also applies C&W best practices, collaborates with category managers and preferred suppliers, participates in meetings, generates reports, and resolves supplier performance issues. • Lead strategic sourcing and contract administration for all procurement activities across client sites. • Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary liaison between client, account team, and C&W corporate. • Analyze spend data to identify value‑creation opportunities and develop procurement strategies. • Design and execute eRFPs, evaluate responses, negotiate terms, and leverage reverse auctions and e‑catalogs. • Interpret contracts, negotiate agreements, and ensure proper records retention and compliance. • Establish and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms aligned with KPIs and client reporting schedules. • Apply C&W best practices, policies, tools, and collaborate with category managers and preferred suppliers. • Resolve supplier performance and service quality issues promptly. • Prepare and distribute required procurement reports and participate in relevant meetings.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business (MBA preferred) and possess at least four years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably in facility services. Required skills include proficiency with e‑procurement tools (e‑RFPs, reverse auctions, e‑catalogs), strong analytical and quantitative abilities, legal knowledge for contract preparation and negotiation, and effective communication at all management levels. The individual should be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently. The position operates in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment, and may require travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include occasional stair climbing, standing or sitting for the majority of the workday, and regular use of hands for office machinery. • Require a bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred) and 4+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience. • Demonstrate proficiency with e‑procurement tools, strong analytical, quantitative, and negotiation skills.

Compensation for this role ranges from $102,000 to $120,000, with variations based on location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements.
