Job Highlights
About the Role
• Implement, maintain, and review ADP payroll processing system for accurate payroll transactions. • Process payroll updates such as new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes promptly. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws. • Provide records and documentation to facilitate audits. • Identify and recommend updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures. • Manage HR requirements and track benefits for non‑union buildings. • Respond to and track Local 32BJ audit inquiries. • Track workers’ compensation policies and payments. • Maintain a database of employee salaries and bonuses.

What You Bring
