About the Role
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will represent the brand inside partner retail stores, building relationships and generating excitement for solar and storage solutions. You will educate prospects about renewable energy, proactively schedule appointments, and help grow the Sunrun customer base. Success is measured by your ability to positively influence every person you meet.

What You Bring
To succeed you need strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and genuine passion for clean energy. The role requires a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays—reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius, and the ability to stand, move and lift up to 25 lb while working across multiple stores. Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential. You will receive ongoing training and development support.

The position offers a competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings typically ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 and top performers earning $160,000 + per year.
