About the Role

The Quantity Surveyor will measure and evaluate installed quantities throughout the project lifecycle. Key metrics include cost‑benefit analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies related to labor, materials, and work scope. Core responsibilities include quantity tracking, forecasting, estimate loading, and updating material take‑offs (MTO) from IFC drawings for progress measurement. The role operates under general and occasional direct supervision, applying standard project control concepts and analyzing solutions to develop advanced skills. • Track quantities and update material take‑offs from IFC drawings • Perform cost forecasting and estimate loading for progress measurement • Conduct cost‑benefit analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies • Collaborate effectively with project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in science or arts, possess at least eight years of post‑graduation experience, and have a minimum of five years in quantity surveying on building projects. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word) and strong interfacing skills with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients are required. Preferred candidates have additional experience in quantity measurement, re‑measurable contracts, and bill‑of‑materials type contracts, as well as knowledge of decarbonization, energy transition, and sustainability initiatives. • Maintain at least five years of quantity surveying experience on building projects • Hold a bachelor’s degree in science or arts with eight or more years of post‑graduation experience • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word) • Experience with bill‑of‑materials contracts and sustainability initiatives such as decarbonization and energy transition
