About the Role
You will drive the commercial execution of the digital portfolio, including the Cordant SaaS suites, by leading key commercial operations, supporting proposals and bids, and negotiating contract terms with customers. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders ensures smooth and timely deal delivery. The position holds responsibility for shaping the overall proposal strategy for joint digital product deals, overseeing proposal creation with a focus on quality and automation, and guiding cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment to minimise risk. You will also analyse contractual terms, devise negotiation tactics, and contribute to pricing frameworks while working with sales managers to uncover new opportunities. • Develop and own commercial proposal strategy for joint digital product offerings. • Lead proposal development, ensuring quality, automation, and productivity. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain, finance, legal, compliance) to deliver proposals and mitigate risk. • Analyze terms and conditions, negotiate contracts, and create negotiation strategies to close deals. • Contribute to pricing frameworks and define commercial terms. • Collaborate with sales managers to identify new opportunities and shape commercial strategy. • Manage multiple client accounts across the region and drive joint product offerings.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related discipline and at least ten years of experience in sales or commercial roles that involve contract risk management and negotiations, preferably with cloud‑based software, AI, or machine‑learning solutions. Strong commercial acumen, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deals simultaneously are essential, as are excellent English communication skills. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles with contract risk management and negotiations. • Demonstrated commercial acumen, leadership, and ability to manage several deals simultaneously. • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
