About the Role

The Production Supervisor creates an environment where employees are engaged, responsible, and self‑motivated. This role oversees continuous improvement activities, execution of processes that deliver quality products, administration of organizational policies, support for all plant objectives, and follow‑up on training plans for team members. The supervisor ensures decision‑making is grounded in a process‑oriented culture that links strategy to actions. Operational efficiency is achieved by utilizing the Tier Meeting process to track key metrics and implement performance‑enhancing actions. The supervisor directs day‑to‑day production activities, including manpower movement, job assignments, time and attendance management, and workload balancing to meet customer needs effectively. Additionally, they lead EBS Pull projects and support the rollout of functional initiatives such as the Continuous Improvement Framework, EQMS, and ELSS. • Foster an engaged, responsible, and self‑motivated workforce. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality product execution. • Administer organizational policies and support plant objectives. • Oversee training plan follow‑up for team members. • Utilize Tier Meeting process to track key operational metrics and drive performance improvements. • Manage daily production activities, including manpower, job assignments, attendance, and workload balancing to meet customer demand. • Lead or champion EBS Pull projects and other business initiatives. • Support deployment of functional initiatives such as CIF, EQMS, and ELSS. • Supervise teams for a minimum of 3 years; 3‑5 years managing a team in operations or manufacturing.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Engineering) and have at least three years of manufacturing or operations experience, plus three years of supervisory experience. Preference is given to bilingual English/Spanish speakers with Six Sigma or LEAN certification. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX facility, though active‑duty military personnel are exempt; no relocation assistance is provided. • Hold a bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering preferred) and at least 3 years of manufacturing/operations experience. • Require bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and Six Sigma/LEAN certification. • Must reside within 50 mi of El Paso, TX (military exemption applies); no relocation assistance.
