About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Project Scheduler based in Canberra to work on the JP9347 Joint Data Networks sub‑program. The role offers a broad scope, providing responsibility for the integrated master schedule and close collaboration with project managers and schedulers. • Develop, manage, and maintain the JP9347 Integrated Master Schedule with project managers and schedulers. • Lead scheduling workshops covering resourcing, resource levelling, and dependency analysis. • Monitor schedule progress and update stakeholders on status. • Identify scheduling issues, assess impacts, and recommend corrective actions. • Produce scheduling artefacts such: Master Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, WBS Dictionaries, and performance reports. • Maintain at least Negative Vetting 1 security clearance; comply with ITAR if required. • Contribute to meaningful Defence projects that protect Australia’s future.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated schedule management experience, ideally using Open Plan Professional. • Experience creating schedules for large acquisition projects across multiple lifecycle stages. • Familiarity with Defence acquisition environments and project frameworks. • Knowledge of Project Controls application in complex programs. • Hold Open Plan Professional qualification and other relevant project certifications.
