About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. The role requires lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking and standing for up to 50 % of the time in outdoor environments, navigating stairs and large doors, and performing cleaning and routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders/collections • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50% of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas
