About the Role
Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide guests the opportunity to purchase world‑class destinations. This role involves meeting guests face‑to‑face, building rapport, touring our resort and amenities, and inviting them to become part of the Hilton Grand Vacations family. The position does not require lead generation; guests are pre‑screened for appointment‑only presentations. You will greet guests, listen to their travel interests, and recommend the best options to meet their needs. You will present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products, generate sales volume and leads, and represent the company professionally and ethically. You will maintain effective communication with clients through email, phone, and written correspondence, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will apply HGV selling concepts, promote a collaborative environment, attend weekly sales training, and fulfill reasonable management requests. • Build relationships with guests and guide them through resort tours. • Present and sell Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products. • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and written correspondence. • Apply HGV selling concepts and attend weekly sales training. • Maintain a collaborative environment and uphold company core values. • Meet sales targets and achieve compensation plan goals. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex issues.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a valid Florida real‑estate license (preferred), at least one year of sales and customer‑service experience with a proven track record, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Candidates must resolve complex service issues, meet compensation goals, be proficient in English, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Possess a valid Florida real‑estate license (preferred) and at least one year of sales experience.
