About the Role
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customers’ storage needs, suggesting supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits • Perform payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb • Clean and maintain interior floors and exterior grounds

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half of the shift, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and basic maintenance of interior and exterior areas. Successful candidates have prior experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail or food service, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Work independently across multiple indoor and outdoor locations • Walk/stand up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, open large doors • Experience in customer‑service sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site travel (reimbursed)
