About the Role

As an Associate Occupancy Planner, you will drive strategic space optimization for client portfolios in a designated region, tracking, analyzing, and updating space data while creating comprehensive occupancy planning scenarios. Your day‑to‑day duties include managing client capacity, demand, and supply needs; preparing accurate project status reports and occupancy metrics; fostering critical client and stakeholder relationships; conducting workplace programming and tactical space planning using AutoCAD; leveraging CAFM/IWMS systems for data management and benchmarking; and collaborating with Portfolio Strategy, Transactions, Project & Move Management, Facility Management, and CAD‑SDM teams. • Track, analyze, and update space data to create occupancy planning scenarios. • Serve as subject‑matter expert on capacity, demand, and supply for client portfolios. • Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports and occupancy metrics. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Conduct workplace programming, adjacency analysis, and tactical space planning using AutoCAD. • Utilize CAFM/IWMS systems (e.g., FMS SPACE) for data management, benchmarking, and drawing updates. • Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy, Transactions, Project & Move Management, Facility Management, and CAD‑SDM teams. • Perform periodic data audits, validate accuracy, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, 3‑5 years of corporate real‑estate occupancy planning experience, advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS platforms, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience with interior office renovations, basic code knowledge, furniture planning, advanced use of FMS SPACE or similar CAFM tools, a background managing large‑scale corporate portfolios, process‑improvement expertise, knowledge of real‑estate economics, and professional certifications such as IFMA or CoreNet. • Require bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design and 3‑5 years of corporate real‑estate occupancy planning experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, AutoCAD, and CAFM/IWMS platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of strategic and tactical decision‑making. • Preferred: experience with interior office renovations, code knowledge, furniture planning, and advanced FMS SPACE/Manhattan/Tririga expertise. • Preferred: background managing large corporate portfolios and developing SOPs to improve occupancy planning efficiency.
