About the Role

Superintendents oversee field operations, maintain construction schedules, and manage labor budgets to ensure successful project delivery. They direct all Pepper Construction field personnel and subcontractors while fostering collaboration with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers. • Plan and schedule projects, including short‑interval schedules. • Develop manpower plans and working budgets aligned with estimates and schedule. • Manage subcontractors, resolve issues, and enforce documentation, quality, and safety controls. • Monitor and adjust labor, material, and equipment costs weekly to protect profit and satisfy customers. • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing all needs. • Lead teams through communication, motivation, sound judgment, and active listening. • Mentor and coach Pepper Construction supervisors. • Initiate tasks proactively and maintain self‑motivation. • Educate all parties on project safety importance. • Promote the company and demonstrate leadership to clients, architects, and engineers to earn respect. • Build and sustain strong working relationships.

What You Bring
