About the Role
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager, the kitting position is responsible for picking parts for orders and creating kits for the assembly team. This role supports production continuity by ensuring that all required components are prepared accurately. The employee utilizes pick lists and the ERP system to pull required components and documents the status and completion of work. They ensure inventory accuracy by completing paperwork, maintaining proper stockroom locations, and assisting with audits and cycle counts. Operation of a forklift or other material‑handling tools is required to move items within racking systems. • Pull required components using pick lists and the ERP system. • Document work status and completion accurately. • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper paperwork and stock organization. • Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts. • Operate forklifts or other material‑handling equipment to move items. • Perform basic math operations, calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer matching and tuition assistance programs.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to three months of related experience or equivalent training. Candidates must be able to perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs, demonstrating solid quantitative skills. • Meet the minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
