About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role involves implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive community image, and assisting management with resident programs and retention. Day‑to‑day duties include touring prospective residents, processing lease applications, preparing lease documents, planning resident events, collecting rental payments, conducting campaign research, reporting, and maintaining an acceptable closing ratio. • Tour prospective residents and process lease applications. • Prepare and type up lease agreements. • Plan and attend resident community events. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities. • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio per property expectations. • Deliver excellent customer service and sales support.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, has a can‑do attitude, thinks creatively, and brings customer‑service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and at least a high school diploma; tax‑credit experience is preferred. • Hold a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Preferable experience with tax‑credit properties.
