About the Role

• Review, redline, and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure acceptable commercial terms and accurate scope. • Provide red-lined recommendations on standard and nonstandard contracts and negotiate directly with customers, project managers, purchasing staff, and attorneys. • Assist with contractual matters as they arise and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and vendors. • Coordinate with multiple facilities within the Central US Region. • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and company contacts. • Conduct research, quickly learn new concepts and terminology. • Collaborate effectively as a team member to solve problems.

What You Bring

The position may involve travel to other Nucor branches across the United States and includes typical office activities such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, and operating computers and other equipment, with required vision capabilities for close work. • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Minimum two years experience reviewing and negotiating business contracts. • Hold a bachelor's degree. • Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks under pressure. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, written, and organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
