About the Role

• Review, redline, and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure acceptable commercial terms and accurate scope. • Provide red-lined recommendations on standard and nonstandard contracts and negotiate directly with customers, project managers, purchasing staff, and attorneys. • Assist with contractual matters as they arise and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and vendors. • Coordinate with multiple facilities within the Central US Region. • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and company contacts. • Conduct research, quickly learn new concepts and terminology. • Collaborate effectively as a team member to solve problems.

What You Bring
