About the Role

As the Factory Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System / Continuous Improvement Leader, you will guide the factory’s Lean operating system, ensuring teams are empowered and processes are future‑ready. You will work closely with the Factory Manager and leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to drive operational excellence across the value chain. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while delivering strategic breakthrough initiatives and strengthening a coaching culture that unlocks new performance levels for customers, the business, and the planet. • Deploy and mature the ITM System across the factory. • Apply Lean tools such as 5S, Daily Management, and Value Stream Mapping to achieve breakthrough improvements. • Facilitate strategy deployment, goal‑setting, Kaizen planning, and Leader Standard Work. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to elevate KPIs and optimize processes. • Lead cost‑out and productivity improvement initiatives. • Build Lean capability through coaching, training, and mentoring. • Champion a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Ensure sustained performance via structured problem‑solving and gap‑closure actions.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. • Possess 10+ years of experience in Lean operating systems and continuous improvement in manufacturing or transactional settings. • Experience implementing major Lean systems (e.g., Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell) preferred. • Hold Lean/Six Sigma certifications such as Lean Master, Lean Expert, or Black Belt. • Demonstrated success delivering breakthrough improvements. • Strong communication, influence, and leadership abilities.
