About the Role

The position focuses on performing system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration tools, troubleshooting basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues, and responding to warranty calls. It involves loading controller software, conducting advanced diagnostics from system‑level controllers to sensors and actuators, and completing required documentation and as‑built records. What You Bring

Candidates should hold a two‑year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related field, or possess three to five years of relevant industry experience. Required knowledge includes HVAC control systems, facilities management, site preparation, and equipment installation, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Leadership ability to support mechanics, PC experience, and proficiency in programming HVAC software are also required, with an hourly range of $22.60‑$28.37 based on qualifications. • 2‑year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or related field (or 3–5 years experience) • Knowledge of HVAC control systems, facilities management, site preparation, and peripheral equipment installation • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills • Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences • Leadership skills to support mechanics on non‑critical building automation equipment • Proficiency with PC and HVAC‑related software programming
