About the Role
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care • Prepare and help residents with meals, snacks, and activities • Respond promptly to resident emergency call system • Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition • Maintain resident rooms, common areas, and assist with laundry as needed • Answer phone calls following Spring Arbor procedures

What You Bring
