About the Role
The role involves managing multiple storage facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining property standards. • Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections • Perform interior cleaning, floor care, and exterior grounds maintenance

What You Bring
The position requires physical activity and a valid driver’s license for travel between sites. • Ability to lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors • Must hold a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed) • Preferred experience in customer‑service or sales roles such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food environments
