About the Role

The Wireline Field Crew Lead joins the OFS Wireline Team, overseeing well‑site operations and shop duties, maintaining equipment, and supervising and training junior operators. The role involves coordinating with customer representatives and drill crews, providing records of assemblies, advising on logging and completions, and managing crew, equipment, and documentation in alignment with company manuals. • Manage a team of two or more field operators, including training, competency verification, timesheets, expenses, DOT compliance, onboarding/off‑boarding, and performance reviews. • Coordinate operations with customer representatives and drill crews on location, aligning activities with rigs or production facilities. • Provide comprehensive assembly records and reporting to the customer representative at the wellsite. • Advise customers on logging and completions, interpret data, troubleshoot, and support decision‑making processes. • Oversee crew and equipment both at the wellsite and shop to deliver specific logging and completions services. • Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities, maintaining required records and communications with the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator. • Assist in training assigned personnel on completions operations and maintenance, and promote positive customer relations. • Perform all duties safely in accordance with Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

What You Bring

• Understand broad direction and develop resolutions for moderately complex wellsite problems. • University degree in Engineering with 1+ year of wireline experience, or two‑year technical associate degree with 3+ years of wireline experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of wireline experience.
