About the Role

The Electrical Superintendent role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Holbrook, AZ, supporting the energy‑storage division. The incumbent will supervise all aspects of electrical construction for battery energy storage projects, requiring travel and on‑site presence throughout the project lifecycle. In this senior leadership position, the superintendent will oversee project execution, coordinate with engineering, procurement and subcontractors, and ensure that work adheres to schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role also involves conducting site inspections, monitoring subcontractor performance, and fostering a culture of safety in line with SOLV and OSHA policies. • Lead and manage energy‑storage electrical construction projects from initiation through completion. • Coordinate with construction professionals, engineering, procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and seamless project execution. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions. • Monitor subcontractor activities for compliance with specifications, schedules and safety standards. • Mentor assistant superintendents, craft personnel and junior employees, providing guidance and training. • Enforce SOLV safety standards and OSHA policies, promoting a strong safety culture on‑site. • Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities and develop team members’ skills. • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, including NFPA 70e, IEEE and NEC standards.

Candidates must hold a valid electrician’s license and have at least five years of experience in electrical construction or related fields, with a preference for NFPA 70e qualified persons and OSHA 30‑hour certification. Proven ability to manage complex projects, mentor junior staff, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders is essential. The position demands physical stamina for frequent stooping, lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, and working in varied environmental conditions, as well as strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and coordinate resources.
