About the Role
As a member of the R&D team, you will design new products, develop emerging technologies, and enhance existing product lines, handling projects of varying complexity. Your work will directly influence product cost, performance, reliability, and manufacturability. • Perform design analysis and evaluation of assigned projects following engineering standards and product requirements. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance product designs from concept through prototyping, refinement, and validation. • Work with suppliers to optimize designs for cost efficiency and consistency. • Diagnose complex technical issues, prioritize critical tasks, and deliver viable solutions quickly. • Research emerging technologies and contribute to patent submissions. • Lead design reviews focusing on requirements, FMEA, manufacturing, reliability, and supplier capabilities.
