About the Role
• Build, maintain, and manage strategic client relationships across geographies, promoting AECOM’s full service portfolio. • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategy to uncover integrated service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet revenue targets. • Act as primary interface between AECOM and clients, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and consistent value delivery.

What You Bring
• Experience as an oil & gas client account manager. • Proven ability to build multi‑level client relationships and influence decision makers. • Strong business development skills, including consultative selling and strategic account planning. • Ability to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams, and resolve conflicts. • Commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation and driving profitable growth. • Experience in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects.
