About the Role
• Shapes stone in preparation for final setting using chisels and/or power saws. • Aligns stone with plumbline and finishes joints with pointing trowel. • Fastens or fuses brick or other building material to structure with wire clamps, anchor holes, torch, or cement. • Mixes and spreads mortar over stone and foundation with trowel and sets masonry in place by hand or with aid of a forklift or crane. • Participates in daily huddles and prioritizes safety on all job sites. • Models The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times.

What You Bring
The position purpose is to work with stone on custom, distinctive projects, requiring above‑average skill and speed in laying stone. Masons must complete work safely, with quality, and meet productivity specifications as directed by the foreman or superintendent. • Minimum of 5 years' of construction or masonry experience.

Position Title: Journeyman, Masonry Stone. Pay Range: $28-$37 per hour. Location: Aspen Area.
