About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of service work orders and inspections for a large customer based in Florida. Acting as the primary contact, you will align operations, scheduling, technical resources, and finance teams to meet customer expectations, requiring strong leadership, financial oversight, risk management, and professional communication. • Lead and coordinate service work orders and inspections for a large Florida customer • Serve as primary contact, aligning operations, scheduling, technical resources, and finance teams • Allocate resources and manage cross‑functional team involvement while ensuring contract compliance • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and customer leadership • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction • Manage project financials, billing adjustments, AR and open‑call spreadsheets, and documentation • Handle multiple priorities, solve problems under pressure, and drive accountability
