About the Role
The Warehouse Associate supports receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, equipment upkeep, and safe material handling. The role also includes operating forklifts, loading trucks, preparing jobs for crews, and delivering materials or personnel to job sites. • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce warehouse policies and procedures. • Conduct physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy. • Plan and implement warehouse layout designs and inspect equipment. • Issue work orders for repairs and requisition replacement parts. • Operate forklift and other equipment to place products correctly. • Load and log materials onto trucks, noting any returns. • Prepare jobs and materials for all crews. • Clean trucks inside and out. • Deliver materials and transport employees to job sites. • Lift 50 lb regularly and follow safe warehouse practices.

What You Bring
• Maintain a valid driver’s license. • Possess 1‑2 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification.
