About the Role
The supervisor will lead the monitoring, preventative, and corrective maintenance of electrical power distribution and emergency trip station equipment. Responsibilities include assigning tasks based on workload priority, providing clear work instructions, and conducting routine inspections. Key accountabilities involve overseeing OCC workstations, training and supervising Controllers across train, yard, engineering fault, information, and security functions, and managing SCADA systems, automatic train control, elevators, escalators, traction power, platform screen gates, fire detection, and access control equipment. The role requires responding to emergency calls from stations, trains, and passengers, maintaining accurate control room logs and reports, interpreting technical schematics, and ensuring compliance with railway safety regulations. Shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. • Supervise monitoring and maintenance of power distribution and emergency systems. • Assign duties and provide technical instructions to OCC personnel. • Train and oversee Train, Yard, Engineering Fault, Information, and Security Controllers. • Manage SCADA workstations and remote equipment including ATC, elevators, escalators, and security systems. • Respond to emergency calls and coordinate incident resolution. • Maintain control room logs, reports, and compliance documentation. • Interpret plans, schematics, and maintenance manuals for operational decisions. • Ensure adherence to railway safety regulations and operational standards. • Lead shift briefings and verify staff training and fitness for duty. • Handle shift scheduling, call‑outs, and coverage in line with staffing agreements. • Contribute to system service availability metrics and compile performance analyses. • Perform monthly compliance checks and operational efficiency audits. • Utilize high‑voltage protection knowledge to oversee cable plant and contact rail inspections. • Operate trucks, tools, and equipment safely while working with AC and DC power.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least two years of experience in rail dispatch, air traffic control, or similar high‑stakes environments, basic knowledge of large monitoring systems, and preferably electrical engineering training. Desired qualifications include five years of train controller experience, high‑voltage equipment expertise, and supervisory experience in rail electrical fields. A high school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English are required.

Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $83,300‑$125,000, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid vacation, and extensive training and development opportunities.
