About the Role

We're now looking for a Trade Finance Senior Analyst to join our Financial Risk Management team in Dublin. This role supports business growth through Trade Finance Solutions aiming to gain efficiencies through standardisation of processes as well as protect our P&L and Balance Sheet. This role also aims to drive strategic improvements across Trade Finance activities. Trade Finance Program Management: Finance Transformation & Improvement: Drive efficiency through enhanced workflows and automation. Strategic Reporting & Risk Support: Develop strategic KPI's; evaluate transaction feasibility, and operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Engage with internal stakeholders and banks, issue Trade Finance instruments, and align treasury operations with business strategy. • Support business growth via Trade Finance solutions while standardizing processes and protecting P&L and Balance Sheet. • Drive strategic improvements and efficiency across Trade Finance activities. • Transform finance operations by enhancing workflows and automating processes. • Develop and monitor strategic KPIs, assess transaction feasibility, and manage operational risks. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banks to issue Trade Finance instruments and align treasury operations. • Maintain a detail‑oriented, continuous‑improvement mindset to ensure compliance and reduce documentation errors.

What You Bring

This is a Hybrid role, 3 days in the office is required. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Finance (Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, or operations). Software Proficiency: Strong Excel (incl. macros/VBA), trade finance platforms. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Ensuring compliance and minimizing documentation errors. • Hold a bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years experience in Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, or operations. • Demonstrate strong Excel proficiency, including macros/VBA, and experience with trade finance platforms. • Work in a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the Dublin office.
