About the Role
The Facilities Technician role is the go‑to person for all maintenance needs within the Singapore facility, ensuring optimal operations while complying with client requirements, health and safety standards, and regulatory obligations. The position blends hands‑on repair work with technical expertise, supporting daily facility requests, preventive maintenance, and tenant fit‑out projects in a collaborative team environment. • Perform building repairs, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC work per WHS standards. • Document work orders, tool inventories, and projects using the Corrigo system. • Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical components, backup systems, hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, and filters. • Diagnose system issues and implement corrective actions. • Conduct site rounds to identify faults, investigate issues, and coordinate repairs. • Respond urgently to requests that could disrupt operations. • Assemble tools and supplies, complete jobs with minimal disruption, clean up and return equipment. • Execute furniture/equipment moves, additions, and changes (MAC). • Complete daily facilities requests and provide technical support. • Ensure timely execution of ad‑hoc and preventive maintenance tasks. • Inspect essential equipment daily to verify satisfactory operation. • Produce work completion documentation and meet service level indicators. • Oversee tenant fit‑out works and ensure compliance with authority requirements. • Provide customer‑focused service with a collaborative team spirit. • Follow occupational health and safety standards proactively. • Test equipment and troubleshoot systems. • Schedule and execute preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
• Apply 2+ years technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair. • Hold Work at Height (PWAH) certification. • Communicate effectively and build relationships across multiple levels. • Safely use mechanical tools and document work in English. • Hold a Diploma/Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. • Possess 3–5 years facilities maintenance experience in commercial buildings, preferably banking/financial institutions. • Hold valid BCA Facilities Management certification (preferred) and knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act. • Understand building management systems (BMS) and fire safety systems. • Ability to respond to emergency callouts.
