About the Role
The Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with operational maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial and industrial buildings, systems, grounds, and equipment for assigned properties. This role supports client building infrastructure and ensures reliable operation of various facility systems. Key duties include inspecting, calibrating, maintaining, testing, and repairing HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, safety, boiler, refrigeration, compressor, motor, and pump systems, as well as associated controls. The technician also performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, and snow removal, conducts routine preventive maintenance, and utilizes the CMMS to document work histories and complete both corrective and preventive work orders. Repair status is regularly communicated to supervisors and managers, and coordination with vendors and other teams is required. • Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, safety, boiler, refrigeration, compressor, motor, and pump systems. • Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, and snow removal to maintain building infrastructure and grounds. • Document tasks in CMMS, including parts, labor hours, response and completion times. • Complete corrective and preventive maintenance work orders promptly. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and adhere to OSHA, state, municipal, and company safety policies. • Communicate repair status to supervisors/managers and coordinate with vendors and other teams. • Participate in on-call duty for emergencies and flexible scheduling as needed. • Follow safety training and company policies; meet performance goals for safety, cost, quality, and delivery.

What You Bring
The position requires adherence to OSHA, state, municipal, and C&W Services safety policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Performance goals focus on safety compliance, cost management, quality standards per SLA, and timely delivery of services. Qualifications include 2–5 years of general maintenance experience in commercial facilities, strong mechanical aptitude, and good computer skills, with preferred knowledge of building management systems. Candidates must be able to read and interpret technical documents, apply mathematical concepts, solve practical problems, and work effectively with diverse teams. • Possess 2‑5 years of related experience, general trade knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and computer skills (BMS preferred). • Read technical documents, apply math concepts, solve practical problems, and interpret instructions. • Lift up to 75 lb, stand, walk, climb, and work in various environmental conditions.
