About the Role
The Operations Supervisor role is responsible for employee safety and well‑being, leading teams to solve problems, create opportunities, and deliver exceptional service while balancing strategic vision with hands‑on daily operations. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor oversees a maintenance shop and a technician team, ensures preventive maintenance and repair of fleet trucks, containers, and heavy‑duty equipment comply with safety, compliance, and regulatory standards, and schedules work to minimize downtime and lost productivity. • Operations Supervisor: ensure employee safety, lead teams, solve problems, deliver exceptional service • Fleet Maintenance Supervisor: supervise maintenance shop and technicians, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of trucks, containers, and equipment • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and federal/state regulations • Plan and schedule repairs to reduce downtime and improve productivity

What You Bring
Eligible candidates must be active‑duty U.S. service members within one year of their end‑of‑service date, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Available locations include North Las Vegas, NV; North County San Diego, CA; and Bellevue, Kent, and Seattle, WA. • Must be an active‑duty U.S. Armed Forces service member • Within one year of end‑of‑active‑service transition date • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn and succeed in a fast‑paced environment • Effective task management, high motivation, positive attitude
