About the Role

Third‑party recruiters must coordinate exclusively with SOLV Energy’s internal talent acquisition team and have a signed vendor agreement on file; unsolicited submissions will be considered property of SOLV Energy and will not result in placement fees. • Follow all safety procedures, including lock‑out/tag‑out, and prioritize safe work practices. • Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly. • Service solar equipment at multiple plants under supervision. • Conduct basic testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance using monitoring programs. • Replace or repair solar parts and equipment as directed. • Respond to on‑call emergencies for equipment repairs, including weekends or after‑hours. • Prepare accurate documentation and reports of work performed. • Identify process improvements and collaborate on new technologies with EPC management. • Uphold diversity and inclusion as part of SOLV Energy's culture. • Maintain NFPA 70E safety certification and complete required safety and technical trainings. • Work remote locations in extreme weather conditions and on an on‑call basis.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with vocational or technical training considered a plus. Required competencies include basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and solar systems, ability to perform lock‑out/tag‑out, basic testing equipment usage, and effective verbal and written communication in English. The position involves frequent physical activities such as stooping, bending, lifting 50 lb or more, and occasional climbing in harsh outdoor conditions, including extreme weather. Workers must maintain adequate finger dexterity, depth perception, and the ability to work near moving mechanical parts. • Demonstrate basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and solar systems. • Possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
