Job Highlights
About the Role
• Administer compensation and benefits programs across European countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation and market practice. • Maintain salary structures, job evaluations, and benchmarking frameworks. • Partner with HR and Finance to budget, forecast, and report compensation‑related costs. • Conduct compensation and benefits due diligence for M&A activities in Europe. • Support harmonisation of reward programs during organisational changes, collaborating with Legal, HR, and Finance. • Manage benefits renewals to stay cost‑effective and within regional budgets. • Oversee local benefits programs (healthcare, pension, insurance, allowances) and vendor relationships. • Evaluate benefit competitiveness and recommend enhancements based on market trends. • Ensure compliance with statutory benefits and regional labour, tax, and reporting requirements. • Update and maintain regional compensation and benefits policies. • Assist internal audits and external regulatory reviews as needed. • Collaborate with Integration team, HR Director, and Business Partners to provide consistent reward support. • Advise managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters with professionalism. • Work with external consultants and vendors to deliver high‑quality services.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate proven experience in compensation and benefits across multiple European countries. • Possess strong knowledge of European labour laws, statutory benefits, and market practices. • Experience supporting M&A due diligence and post‑deal integration. • Proficient in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay) and market benchmarking tools. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present clear insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in a fast‑paced, international environment is a plus.
