About the Role

The Sales Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations supports Sales Executives by shaping sales presentation strategies, addressing guest inquiries, and guiding the sales closing process. • Assist the sales management team in closing timeshare sales to maximize efficiency and meet net sales targets. • Supervise the sales line by training, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices. • Promote and uphold the HGVC culture while maintaining a professional image consistent with integrity, quality, and service standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of proven timeshare sales success, a flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, a valid Hawaii real estate license, and at least a high school diploma or GED; additional assets include two years of coaching or supervisory experience, prior timeshare sales‑lead experience, and a bachelor’s degree. • Minimum 2 years of successful timeshare sales experience. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Valid Hawaii real estate license and at least a high school diploma/GED. • Strong professional communication with internal and external customers. • Preferred: 2 years of mentoring/coaching, prior sales lead/timeshare experience, and a bachelor's degree.
