About the Role
The role provides clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and helps coordinate daily operations, including recording and reporting data. The position involves creating, distributing, and closing customer tickets, maintaining departmental information, and communicating with supervisors, managers, customers, and employees about operational and scheduling matters. Key tasks include using software tools for procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor, assisting with data collection for incentive pay programs, processing payments, and supporting operational projects. The employee may also enter Service Machine SMART data and perform other duties as assigned. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues • Create, distribute, and close daily customer tickets • Maintain and disseminate department‑related information each day • Communicate with supervisors, managers, customers, and employees about operations, dispatch, scheduling, and work assignments • Generate and maintain various reports as directed by the department manager • Use software tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance tracking, safety incident logging, and contract‑labor management • Support data collection and reporting for incentive‑pay programs • Process payments and other financial tasks as needed • Contribute to implementation of operational projects • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily, when applicable

What You Bring
No supervisory responsibilities are required, and the role only requires a high school diploma or GED with no prior experience.
