Senior BIM Architect

About the Role

• Provide technical support and mentorship to project teams. • Produce detailed Revit plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules for office interior fit‑outs. • Ensure all Revit drawings adhere to company standards and project specifications. • Review and validate Revit models for accuracy and completeness. • Troubleshoot complex Revit software issues to maintain workflow efficiency. • Perform quality‑control checks on models and drawings to ensure consistency. • Coordinate daily project activities, prioritizing deadlines and meeting objectives. • Create and manage parametric Revit families and content libraries. • Train and onboard new team members on Revit workflows and best practices. • Deliver medium to large‑scale workplace projects from inception to completion. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Revit and related technology trends.

What You Bring

The role is for a Revit Technician to join the EMEA design studios, producing and delivering BIM projects. The ideal candidate has industry experience with BIM and a passion for high‑quality, error‑free technical documentation. Successful candidates will align with JLL’s values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be natural problem‑solvers who get things done. • Bring 5–10 years of BIM/Revit experience on corporate office projects and strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and family creation.
