About the Role
As a field services technician, you will check in daily with your manager and clients, complete all required paperwork and time‑clock entries, and ensure proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and excess materials. You will assist other JCI/Silent‑Aire technicians on job sites, respond promptly to office communications, secure necessary parts and tools, report warranty repairs, and provide training to Level 1 technicians while adhering to company policies and non‑disclosure agreements. • Travel up to 70% to domestic and international customer locations. • Daily check‑ins with manager and client; complete all paperwork and time‑clock entries. • Assist and collaborate with other field technicians on job sites. • Report warranty repairs and maintain accurate records of receipts and materials. • Provide training and support to Level 1 Field Service Technicians.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, be a registered apprentice in electrical or HVAC trades, and be willing to travel up to 70% of the time. Required knowledge includes basic electrical and control systems, HVAC fundamentals, reading mechanical drawings, and the ability to lift 40 lb and work at heights. A valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to pass a DOD background check are mandatory. Preferred qualifications include journeyman status in refrigeration/HVAC, controls, or related trades, and experience in mission‑critical facilities. The role may involve on‑call and overtime hours, local and international travel, and strict adherence to PPE and safety standards.
