About the Role
Senior Property Manager • Palo Alto (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff, overseeing a significant portfolio of properties, and serving as the primary liaison for third‑party relationships. • Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business • Provide overall property management leadership through policy development, information flow coordination, and strategy • Lead Property Management staff and promote career paths for professionals • Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process • Oversee billing, including invoice payment and fund disbursement • Monitor cash flow and requirements with Property Manager for efficient use of cash • Prepare reports, annual budget, and owner documents per management agreement • Support prompt collection of management fees and overhead reimbursements • Maintain interface with third‑party owners to ensure contract compliance and timely reporting • Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure satisfaction • Perform regular property inspections with staff • Oversee construction projects, approving contracts and invoices with Construction Manager • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives

The role operates in a professional office setting, using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, and requires regular travel between properties in various weather conditions.
