About the Role
The Senior Project Manager role leads innovative tenant‑improvement and interior fit‑out projects for a high‑profile technology client, overseeing all phases from conception through delivery, managing finances, schedules, quality, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with governance and safety standards. • Interface with client and consultants throughout all project stages. • Manage financial aspects, including prompt invoicing and monitoring project financial status. • Develop detailed project plans and apply performance‑management techniques. • Administer change control processes and maintain project information flow via meetings and written communications. • Prepare formal budget progress reports and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Construct proposals for new work or variations on existing projects. • Identify and recommend improvements to project‑management procedures, templates, and products. • Ensure line managers are aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issues. • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems. • Discharge general line‑management responsibilities where appropriate. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Provide strategic advice during project conception to achieve client objectives. • Build strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional team members. • Contribute to business‑development and cross‑selling opportunities. • Share and retain key information and data effectively. • Promote a healthy, productive, flexible working environment that respects work‑life balance.

What You Bring
• Prior general‑contractor experience required. • Demonstrate strong time‑management skills to deliver quality projects on schedule. • Construction project‑management experience with a client‑facing role. • Laboratory construction experience preferred. • College degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP certification. • Membership in relevant professional organisations. • Experience managing demanding stakeholders and work‑stream managers. • Experience in commercial real‑estate or related construction projects. • Tenant‑improvement and fit‑out experience in commercial real‑estate projects required.
