About the Role

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence by overseeing sales processes, pricing strategies, and inventory management while fostering associate development. It serves as a dependable resource for resolving issues and bridging communication between contributors and leadership. The position tackles difficult, high‑impact problems, troubleshooting complex support or operational issues for junior associates and independently developing customized solutions. Under limited supervision, the incumbent may lead daily operations, train and delegate tasks, and review work of junior team members, though hiring authority is not included. • Oversee prospecting and lead generation to meet growth objectives • Manage complex pricing strategies and margin governance to ensure profitability • Direct inventory management and monitor turns to maintain optimal stock levels • Support onboarding of new associates for seamless integration • Resolve customer service issues and track order management for transparency • Coordinate shared operational tasks to ensure dependable service delivery • Act as an Inside Sales contributor when needed to maintain service continuity • Assist with training and development of associates to build team capability • Mentor underperforming associates to improve results and uphold standards

What You Bring

Work is performed in a comfortable indoor setting with mostly sedentary duties, occasional movement, and light lifting. Travel is minimal, typically less than ten percent overnight. Candidates typically hold a technical certification or associate degree and bring at least seven years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include strong leadership and mentoring skills, advanced pricing and margin management expertise, solid organizational and analytical abilities for inventory oversight, effective communication to bridge contributors and leadership, and adaptability to perform Inside Sales functions when needed.
