About the Role

The Porter role is an on‑site groundskeeping position responsible for daily cleaning, trash removal, pool maintenance, furniture arrangement, and upkeep of exterior and amenity areas to meet brand standards, reporting to the Community Engineering Manager. • Follow daily groundskeeping checklists and maintain curb appeal. • Perform exterior cleaning, trash removal, and prepare waste for hauler pickup. • Maintain landscaping between third‑party service visits. • Clean and sweep swimming pools as needed. • Arrange property furniture and keep all amenity areas presentable throughout the day. • Mop and vacuum assigned interior areas each day. • Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards at all times. • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, involving bending, stooping, and repeated lifting.

What You Bring
