About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift is responsible for the operations of the distribution center. This individual monitors the daily activities of pickers, packers, shipping and receiving associates, and invoicing functions, ensuring productivity, quality, and on‑time shipments to customers. • Supervise daily activities of distribution staff, including pickers, packers, shipping/receiving and invoicing, to meet KPIs. • Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory, addressing discrepancies. • Collaborate with internal management to implement site initiatives and lead moderate‑complexity projects. • Identify and execute lean/5S improvements in distribution operations. • Foster a positive work environment through clear expectations, training, coaching, feedback and recognition. • Ensure compliance with EH&S and ISO standards.

Its products are made from cemented carbide and other hard materials such as diamond, cubic boron nitride, and special ceramics. • Minimum 5‑7 years of leadership experience or an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain with 2 years of leadership; BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or related field. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational and customer‑service skills; prior WMS and ISO experience; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Self‑motivated with high integrity, able to work with minimal supervision; dependable, mature, and exercise sound judgment.
