About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for producing end‑to‑end fiber optic networks, ensuring the job is done right and meeting high‑quality standards. You will test and troubleshoot network continuity, operate specialized testing equipment, and prepare splice enclosures from leading manufacturers. The position also requires using fusion splicers and OTDR devices, applying fiber design knowledge, and working on outdoor utility construction sites. • Test and troubleshoot fiber optic network continuity. • Operate and maintain testing equipment (OTDR, power meters, etc.). • Prepare fiber splice enclosures (Tyco, CommScope, Corning, etc.). • Use fusion splicer and related test equipment (1310, 1550, DWDM, CWDM, OLTS, Max Tester). • Apply fiber design knowledge, read documentation, assess light levels and dB loss. • Perform work on outdoor utility construction sites. • Work safely on ladders and bucket trucks.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who prioritize safety daily and have a proven track record of high‑quality work. Ideal applicants have 3–5 years of fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience, are comfortable working on ladders or bucket trucks, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving.
