About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. • Maintain regular daily onsite attendance. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents by greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases. • Close sales by setting appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up. • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in. • Assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform various administrative tasks as needed. • Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Help develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model unit. • Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan and outreach activities. • Continuously review and complete market surveys and analyses to generate ideas and plans. • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market survey reports. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness. • Ensure consistent handling of resident matters. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor.

What You Bring

Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations. Physical demands involve regular movement around the site, occasional lifting of up to 25 lb, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, night hours, and in various environmental conditions.
