About the Role
• Prepare and generate offer letters per compensation, leveling, and internal policies • Coordinate offer approvals with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and finance • Send offers to candidates and track acceptance, declines, and negotiations • Manage pre‑employment requirements such as background checks, reference checks, and employment eligibility verification • Communicate next steps clearly to candidates after offer acceptance • Initiate and track onboarding workflows in HRIS/onboarding systems • Collect and verify new hire documentation (I‑9, tax forms, agreements, policy acknowledgments) • Coordinate start dates and ensure alignment across recruiting, HR, Training, and hiring managers • Provide new hires with onboarding schedules, welcome materials, and first‑day instructions • Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to Day One • Serve as point of contact for new hires on Day One to troubleshoot issues • Coordinate introductions and handoffs to Training & HR • Ensure smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding and employee lifecycle ownership • Ensure offers and onboarding processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies • Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems • Track onboarding completion metrics and resolve outstanding items promptly • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to offer and onboarding workflows

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from offer through day‑one, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with both candidates and Talent Acquisition partners. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, be proficient with ATS and HR software, and possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities, along with a data‑driven approach to recruitment, are essential in a fast‑paced environment.
