Amenity Access Clerk
Manage amenity access, keys, codes, and provide front‑desk support for community properties.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Administer access to the community properties via gate codes, keys, combinations, etc. • Answer phone and email inquiries. • Handle walk‑ins at the front desk as needed. • Troubleshoot and research access issues. • Collect information about gates and access as needed, and pass it to Compliance Inspectors and Managers. • Run activity reports. • Handle scheduling of all systems (holidays, weekends, open hours, reservations as needed). • Process mail outs. • Maintain inventory of all amenities.

What You Bring
• High School diploma or higher. • Excellent customer service and strong written and oral communication skills. • Responsible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
