About the Role
The Kitchen Installer installs home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures, applies finish work as needed, and communicates with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. The installer also completes a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner upon completion. • Install kitchen remodeling products and apply finish work to meet company standards. • Communicate with management and homeowners to ensure satisfaction and authorize final payments. • Complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at project completion.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, and experience with kitchen cabinet installation or refacing. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to clearly interact with homeowners and team members are required. • Minimum 6 months experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction; kitchen cabinet installation or refacing preferred. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
